A glossy polyurethane-acrylic finish in the HARD 11 system
NOVOPUR 1990 TIX is a two-component polyurethane-acrylic topcoat for transport vehicles, machines, equipment, steel structures and external tank surfaces. It is designed to provide a glossy final appearance together with resistance to weather, chemicals and mechanical wear.
This finish uses the specified HARD 11 hardener and THIN 50 thinner. It can be applied over correctly prepared acrylic, polyurethane or epoxy primers, existing paintwork and polyester laminates. Its hiding power and flow support an even finish, with pneumatic and air-assisted airless spray methods detailed in the TDS.
Before you specify: Use HARD 11 at the stated 5:1 volume ratio and the specified thinner addition. Do not substitute the HARD 10 system used by other NOVOPUR products without manufacturer guidance.
