PUR PRIMER 320 is a two-component polyurethane primer for transport vehicles, machinery and equipment. Its filling properties help prepare the surface for finishing, while good hiding power and flow support an even primer layer. The formulation also provides chemical and mechanical resistance.
The TDS specifies both filling and wet-on-wet versions, using different thinner additions with PUR HARD TOPCOAT 120. It also covers several prepared substrates, including steel, cast iron, existing coatings, polyester materials and compatible primers. This gives the applicator a defined route for different preparation and coating workflows.
Before you specify: When it is the only primer in the coating system, the TDS requires at least 120 µm thickness. PP, PE, PTFE and their mixtures are excluded; other listed plastics require the specified additives and preparation.

Ratios refer to the named base and hardener. Volume and weight proportions are different measurements. Thinner percentages and additions must follow the basis in the linked TDS; do not treat them as an interchangeable mixing ratio.
