ARMORHARDENER PU 100-10 is the named hardener for ARMORTOPCOAT PU 1000-10 and PU 4000-10. Select it with the chosen topcoat to follow the manufacturer’s documented two-component coating system.
Both topcoat data sheets specify five parts topcoat to one part hardener by volume, with ARMORTHIN PU 10-01 added as directed. Plan batches using the exact topcoat sheet: the stated mixture life at 20°C is five hours for PU 1000-10 and three hours for PU 4000-10.
Before you specify: Use only in the specified coating mixture and follow the relevant TDS and SDS. The topcoat TDS identifies an aliphatic-isocyanate curing system.
