ARMORPRIMER EP 2000-20 is a grey, two-component epoxy anti-corrosion primer for military vehicles and equipment. It provides the high-build primer stage beneath ARMORTOPCOAT PU 1000-10, with a specified dry-film thickness of 80–160 µm on steel.
The technical data sheet covers prepared steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel, plus selected existing coatings, polyester putties and laminates. Choose it when the project needs a defined epoxy primer system with named hardener and thinner, clear surface-preparation requirements and a documented topcoating schedule.
Before you specify: Substrate-specific preparation is essential. Recoating times vary with film thickness and temperature; existing single-component coatings require the special procedure in the TDS.
Base, hardener and thinner are separate products unless a complete kit is explicitly identified.
