NOVOPUR 1020 is a two-component polyurethane topcoat for a matt finish on vehicles, machinery, equipment, steel structures and external tank surfaces. Its combination of scratch resistance, weather resistance and good flow makes it a practical choice for painted surfaces that need both a consistent appearance and resistance to mechanical wear.
Choose it as the finishing coat over a suitable prepared primer or other substrate listed in the TDS. Standard and fast HARD 10 hardeners provide different working and curing times, so the coating system can be selected around the application process.
Before you specify: Use the stated HARD 10/THIN 50 proportions over a prepared substrate listed in the TDS. Air-assisted airless spraying is specified only with HARD 10 STANDARD and THIN 50 STANDARD.

Ratios refer to the named base and hardener. Volume and weight proportions are different measurements. Thinner percentages and additions must follow the basis in the linked TDS; do not treat them as an interchangeable mixing ratio.
Air-assisted airless application requires HARD 10 STANDARD and THIN 50 STANDARD.
