BUILT FOR THE JOB
NOVOPUR 1090 is a two-component polyurethane-acrylic topcoat for a glossy finish on transport vehicles, machinery, steel structures and external tank surfaces. It combines a high-gloss appearance with resistance to weather, chemicals and mechanical wear, making it suitable for industrial finishes where the final visual result is important.
The coating can be applied over prepared acrylic, polyurethane or epoxy primers, existing coatings and polyester laminates. Good hiding power and flow help produce an even surface, while the HARD 10 standard and fast hardener options provide different working and curing schedules.
Before you specify: Prepare the substrate to its applicable specification and use the stated HARD 10/THIN 50 system. Air-assisted airless spraying is not recommended with HARD 10 FAST and THIN 50 FAST.

Ratios refer to the named base and hardener. Volume and weight proportions are different measurements. Thinner percentages and additions must follow the basis in the linked TDS; do not treat them as an interchangeable mixing ratio.
For air-assisted airless spraying, HARD 10 FAST and THIN 50 FAST are not recommended.
