BUILT FOR THE JOB
PROTECT 365 TIX is a thick-film epoxy anti-corrosion primer for vehicles, machinery, steel structures and tank exteriors. Good hiding and flow help form an even undercoat, while its chemical and mechanical resistance support its role in an industrial coating system. Prepared metals, existing coatings, putties and polyester laminates are listed substrates.
Choose it when substantial film build and a choice of working time matter. At 20°C, H5960 STANDARD provides a 12-hour mixture life, while H5960 FAST provides three hours and a shorter curing schedule. Both versions can be finished with NOVOL topcoats.
Before you specify: Match thinner addition to the selected hardener. Minimum epoxy-primer thickness is 80 micrometres on steel and 60 on aluminium. Observe the thickness-dependent curing times and 48-hour maximum overcoating interval without matting.

H5960 STANDARD provides a longer pot life; H5960 FAST changes the working and recoating schedule. Check the TDS before applying the next coating.
Ratios refer to the named base and hardener. Volume and weight proportions are different measurements. Thinner percentages and additions must follow the basis in the linked TDS; do not treat them as an interchangeable mixing ratio.
